Registration

Join us every Thursday from 3:30-5:00PM in the SCA fitness room for Youth Workout.

At Youth Workout, your teen will have the option to workout at their own pace with supervision, or follow a workout led by Luke, Jamie, or one of our other team members, that teaches proper form and technique. This program is designed for all teens - no matter how much workout experience they may have. 

In order for your teen to join us at Youth Workout, this waiver must be completed by a parent/guardian. 

Please note that this program is only for youth who attend SCA.
